my mum braided my hair just now so it’s all wavy for tomorrow night. i forgot i had it braided and looked in the mirror and it shocked me, because for a split second i looked just like my little sister. she used to wear her hair in french plaits every single day for school and she’d take it out at night and it always felt so soft.
i miss her so much.
